Hi folks! Are you having a nice day? Mid sis and lil sis were having a superb day today 🙂 ! Today, we went to the most anticipated event, Jakarta Culinary Passport 3 which is organized by Alphabet Project! We were super excited that we could attend it with our lovely friend.
The theme for Jakarta Culinary Passport this time is Asia, Antarctica, and Europe America. Which mean we can taste foods from all over Asia, Antarctica, and Europe America from JCP 66 tenants! Sure all of the tenants will satisfied our tummy (and don’t forget our camera!) 😉
A little information about Jakarta Culinary Passport 3. The entry ticket cost 10k per passport and you can get it on the spot. However, you might need to wait for couple of minutes if you arrived there afternoon. (We arrived there around 1 PM and the queue wasn’t that long. But when we got home around 2.30 PM, the queue had became really long x_x)
Beside the entry ticket, you can collect stamp from JCP different section (Asia or Antarctica or Europe America) by asking the waiter from the stall after you bought their food(s). Collect 3 stamps from the 3 different section, and when you are going home, don’t forget to drop your ‘endorsement visa’ on the box that has been prepared by JCP’s EO. (It is near the ticket locket) If you are lucky enough, you might be the one who win 500k and Zomato Voucher which value 500k! All the best foodies 🙂
That time, we bought HiFries, TacoBao, Cream de La Cone, Coco Snow, and many more. Let’s see the review!
HiFries’ Busy Cheesy, 25k
We are a little bit disappointed when ordering HiFries due its long queue. We bought their Busy Cheesy and the Garlic Panic. The Busy Cheesy wasn’t like what we hope. The sauce was quite spicy, and we couldn’t really taste the cheese. However, the fries itself was amazing. It is crispy but not too crispy. And you can taste the potatoes from the fries. If you happened to love spicy things, you may want to try this 🙂
HiFries’ Garlic Panic, 25k
The garlic one taste wonderful! At first, lil sis was a little bit discouraged to buy this because she didn’t really like garlic. So our friend bought it. Guess what? Lil sis was super happy that our friend bought it. Because it turned out that the garlic sauce was wonderful! It compliment the fries well. All of you need to try this!
The Fish Factory‘s BBQ Fish Cake (a.k.a Otak otak), 18k
You can find The Fish Factory near Taco Bao, in front of the main area. This one taste okay. A little fishy for lil sis. But not that fishy for mid sis. However, it is a great idea to add BBQ powder to the fish cake. You might want to try this creative innovation 🙂
The Fish Factory’s Roasted Chicken Fish Cake (a.k.a Otak Otak), 18k
This is what mid sis bought. It is as fishy as the BBQ one. But once again, mid sis loves this 😉
TacoBao‘s Running Man Bao, 30k
Taco Bao is in lil sis’ to-buy-list. And finally she found it here, in JCP. That time, we bought Running Man Bao which consist Bao, bulgogi, and Crackers. And, it taste succulent! The bao was super fluffy (It’s so fluffy I’m gonna die!!! Hihihi) and the bulgogi suit the bao well. This one is MUST try 🙂
Rollganic‘ Salmon Mayo, 30k
And, another Japanese dish here. Lil Sis got to try this healthy roll from Rollganic. Actually, something healthy or organic wasn’t that bad for lil sis, but because that was the first time eating healthy roll, lil sis decided to pick healthy roll with some of her favorite food (read: salmon) there. It consist brown rice, veggies, and of course salmon. And I tell you, it taste good! All of you who think healthy foods are bad must try this!
Onigiri Futago‘s Salmon Mayo, 19k
It is decorated in yellow color and you will easily spot it. Surely, we didn’t bought only Salmon Mayo, but also Salmon and other flavor. But forget to take good photos x_x Anyhow, this one taste quite good but lil sis prefer it more salty (you know lil sis is salty food lover)
Cream de La Cone’s Salted Caramel Ice Cream with Fruit Loops Cone, 30k + 15k
Surely, lil sis was thinking to give this dish a solo post. But due the lack of photos, I’m so sorry to add this dish to this post. Maybe next time will take much much more photos! Hihihi
Cream de La Cone. When lil sis first heard that name, lil sis became sooooo anxious to try their premium gelato. After checking their IG (@creamdelacone), lil sis became more anxious. So, the first thing she did after ate her lunch at JCP3 was : search Cream de La Cone stall. And found it near yi.kon and in front of Coco Snow
Lil sis tried their salted caramel ice cream and used the fruit loops cone. FYI, 1 single scoop is 30k, 2 scoops are 50k, and 3 scoops are 65k. If you want to use dressed cone, you need to add 15k.
The salted caramel ice cream was to die for! It taste super nice. You can taste the caramel and after that a little saltiness that is not overhelming. The cone was good, but a little bit sticky. And it’s quite big that lil sis couldn’t finish eating the cone x_x However this one is super recommended! (P.S : check their IG, they are doing a competition!)
Yi.Kon‘s U Ice Cream, 22k
Yas! It’s the famous korean ice cream. Actually they offer U, J, and V shapes. The V was longer and bigger than the U shapes. But our friend thought that she couldn’t finish it if it was too big, so she bought the U shapes with vanilla ice cream.
Coco Snow‘s Coco Slush, 20k
And this drink win our heart
Overall, we super enjoy our visit to Jakarta Culinary Passport 3! Many delicious foods and drinks to try. Foodies sure need to visit JakCulPass. Oh and hurry please! Because tomorrow is the last day of Jakarta Culinary Passport in Grand Indonesia West Mall, level 5. Happy eating foodies!
